Armored Republic approached us with a vision to establish itself as the industry leader in tactical gear and defense solutions, emphasizing its mission to provide tools that protect and benefit the freedoms of Americans. Our comprehensive rebrand positioned Armored Republic as the parent company, with AR500 Armor serving as its dedicated product line, creating a clear and strategic brand hierarchy. We developed a bold visual identity that symbolizes strength, liberty, and American heritage, along with an overhauled website design, and marketing materials, establishing cohesion across all platforms, while reinforcing Armored Republic’s leadership in the market.

The Armored Republic brand identity was designed to convey strength, unity, and the defense of liberty. We developed a powerful logo featuring a monogram with "A" and "R," incorporating three stripes that nod to the American flag and represent the three pillars of Armored Republic’s philosophy: preparation, protection, and perseverance. The color palette reflects the tactical nature of the brand, evoking valor and resilience, while we built brand assets that include bold, tactical typography paired with custom design elements like scripture verses, arrows, and icons, which reinforce Armored Republic’s identity as a trusted provider of high-quality tactical gear. These elements come together to create a visual language that is both distinctive and authentic to the brand’s mission.

To ensure consistency and brand recognition, we created a range of versatile brand assets for Armored Republic. This includes hangtags in the shape of armor plates, billboard ad designs, digital ad graphics, t-shirts, business cards, stationery, and more–each incorporating tactical motifs, graphic patterns, and icons. Our focus was to create impactful assets that not only highlight the product line but also strengthen Armored Republic’s identity as a leader in the defense gear industry, ensuring a consistent and engaging customer experience.

We also revamped the Armored Republic website to provide a streamlined, user-friendly experience that aligns with the new visual identity. The updated site features bold calls-to-action, clean product imagery, and intuitive navigation to guide users efficiently through product categories. We incorporated custom icons for product features, introduced best seller and featured product sections, and enhanced the overall user interface for a clean, modern appearance. The website overhaul also prioritized easy access to product specifications, armor types, and customization options, ensuring customers can quickly find and personalize their gear. The enhanced design and user experience process was strategic from start to finish, with a goal of making it easier for customers to navigate, find information, and personalize their gear, all while boosting search engine visibility and driving engagement.

For AR500 Armor, we redesigned the original Phoenix logo to improve scalability and brand recognition while aligning it with the parent company’s identity. The simplified logo is framed within a shield, symbolizing protection, and is applied consistently across various products, including t-shirts, backpacks, plate carriers, and more.
